The Cancel SLA rules are typically tied to specific conditions, the SLA must be cancelled once the specified conditions are met. This is typically defined for the columns from the selected transaction table.
Configure Cancel
To configure cancel SLA condition, perform the following steps:
Select Cancel.
The filter add option is displayed for the Application Designer to configure the condition.Figure: Cancel SLA
Click Add Filter Set.

The defined conditions can be grouped using logical operators.

Description
Field
Specifies the column from the transaction table, that is selected from the previous stepper.
Operator
Specifies the conditional operator, the list is populated based on the field selection. For more information, refer to Field Operator List.
Value
Specifies the value for the selected field.
Once you define Cancel Condition you can either configure other Conditions or Publish the configured SLA Rule Condition. For more information, refer to the following:
