Prerequisites

Let's start with setting up Conditions as part of SLA Rule configuration, to relate between non-default SLA to Rule Conditions. Before the Conditions stepper, General and Criteria details must be configured. For more details refer to General and Criteria.


Configure Conditions

The Rule Conditions that can be set up for a SLA are as follows:

Upon configuring conditions on SLA, the rule must be published. To Publish the SLA Rule, click on the following icon.
