SLA rules, also known as Service Level Agreement rules, are rules or instructions defined within an application to ensure that service levels are met as agreed upon. Let's delve further and discover more about the SLA Rules.
Prerequisites
Let's start with setting up Conditions as part of SLA Rule configuration, to relate between non-default SLA to Rule Conditions. Before the Conditions stepper, General and Criteria details must be configured. For more details refer to General and Criteria.
Configure Conditions
The Rule Conditions that can be set up for a SLA are as follows:
