Default Language
If the system is configured with different default language, then as a user you can design the notification according to the default language.
Consider that the system is configured with French as Default Language. You can enter the French text in the Subject and Body of the Email.
Note
The First Language displayed on the Notification represents Default. In the following example French is Default language. English and Arabic are additional languages.

Select English and change the language of the notification by selecting Reuse French Template.
Note
In the following example, as French is the Default language, you will be displayed with Reuse French Template on the additional languages configuration screen.

Upon translating the template, you will be able to see the additional language take its effect in the SMS Template.
Note
For already existing templates where English was earlier set as default but later on changed to another language, other than English. In such scenarios, the default language will be first prioritized in the language tab of the notification template and you will not be able to see the data. Which enables you to enter the template details in the default language and Save the template, post which you can see the data in default language.
