In a Work Order with a Solution field featuring a text area, resolution code selection, closure code options, and possibly additional fields, the solution serves as a detailed account of the steps taken to resolve the reported issue or complete the requested task. This text area allows technicians or service providers to document the specific actions, troubleshooting processes, and any relevant information pertinent to resolving the work order.
