Manage Static Groups

The View option in the Static Groups displays the groups configured for the specific Domain and Sub Domain.
To view the listing page, perform the following steps.
- Navigate to Design Studio > Application > Groups > Static Groups.
- Enter the Domain and Sub Domain. The page displays the Static Groups configured for the Application.

The Grid option provides a detailed view of the list page of the Static Groups. For more information refer to the field description table below.
Field DescriptionField Description Group ID This is the unique ID given to the configured Group. Group Name A specific name is provided for the Group. Users A list of users under the Group. Groups Type of Groups. Status This toggle button clearly states if the Groups is active.
You can view the list of configured groups using the following options:
Filters
The Filter option present in the Static Groups allows the restriction of content based on specific criteria.

The Filter window appears as shown below:

The drop-down list enables you to filter based on Match all or Match Any for the following conditions as shown in the screenshot.

Search
The Search option in Static Groups helps to easily search configured Groups from the list page.

Edit Static Groups
The Edit option in the Static Groups is used to amend the configured Groups.
To Edit the Groups, perform the following steps.
- Navigate to Design Studio > Application > Static Group List.
- Click the three dots (ellipsis) to open the Edit menu.
