The primary purpose of the Summary tab is to provide the detailed summary of the newly created form relation. in two sections namely, Details and Mapping. It displays the generic details of a form relation such as form relation name, its description, source and target module names, form types and so on. It also displays the mapping details such as the mapped fields with the corresponding mapped values.

View Summary
This section provides the details of the fourth and last stepper configuration of Form Relation.
To view the Summary tab, perform the following steps:
- Click ID hyperlink to open any existing form relation or click New to create a new form relation from scratch.
- After configuring the General, Map Fields and Set Values steppers, the fourth stepper Summary gets enabled for a new form. You can directly navigate to the Summary stepper an existing form. A sample screenshot is shown below:

The following table contains a brief description on Summary screen fields.
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | Displays the name of the form relation configured in General stepper. |
Description | Displays the description of the form relation in Description stepper. |
Source Details | Displays the source details such as module name, form type, form name and Tenant information of the source form. |
Target Details | Displays the target details such as module name, form type, form name and Tenant information of the source form. |
Mapping | Displays all mapped fields with the set values. |
