Offline Translation

Offline language translation involves translating text on a form or field from one language to another without an internet connection. Language databases, which are typically found in application databases, are commonly utilized for translation purposes. This would result in substantially faster processing.

Internet is not necessary for offline translation.

Translated

The following section lists the forms that will be translated for localization. 

  • Admin forms created using Form Designer such as Priority, Category, Pending Reason, etc.
  • Transaction Forms created by using Form Designer 
    • Main Forms such as creating Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request. 
    • Sub Forms such as USB access, Pay slip request, etc.
    • Popover Forms such as Provide Feedback, Set Reminder, etc. 
  • Service Portals such as End User portal, Analyst portal, etc. 

Supported Form elements on Screens for translation are listed below. 

  • Panels such as Tabs, multi-valued groups, sequence numbers, etc.
  • Controls and content values such as titles, watermarks, tooltips, etc.
  • Survey Controls such as title, properties, questions, and rating labels.
  • Form elements, display controls, system-defined controls, and advanced properties
  • Widget elements and their properties.
  • Timeline elements and their properties.
  • Toast messages.
