The User Action Report provides a detailed view of the various end user actions with respect to the assets allocated to them.
The actions that an end user can perform with an asset is either to accept or reject the allocated asset. Accordingly the status of the asset can be Accepted or Rejected. If the allocated asset is not accepted by the user in due time, then the status of the asset would be Pending for Acceptance. Likewise, whenever an user initiates an asset return movement then the status of the corresponding status would be Pending for Return. This pending status would be changed only when the final approver of the return movement approves the return request by the user.
The User Action report gives a comprehensive yet detailed view of the assets with respect to the user actions and the corresponding status of the allocated assets. This report also gives an Analyst a quick view regarding the pending actions from the users. The details such as Current Reporting Manager and Alternate Supervisor of the Asset is also available in this report.
Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.
Steps to access User Action Report:
Navigate to Reports > Asset Management. The Dashboards screen is displayed. Select Asset Miscellaneous Insights.

Click any Asset ID hyperlink to view the details of the selected asset.
Access Reports from Charts
To access Asset by Floor Report, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Reports > Asset Management.
Click Charts on the top panel and select AM_User Action Report to view the report.
