User Profile

User profile includes the details, such as User Name, Font Size, Notifications, and Approval. In the Apex Mobile application banner, click to view the following options:
Field | Description |

User Name | Provides detailed information about the user account, including the name, email address, and phone number. |
Font Size | Apex Mobile font configuration. |
Notifications | Displays the total number of received notifications. |
Approval | Displays the number of received approval requests. |
View Profile
The View Profile enables you to view your name, email, and contact details, allowing you to manage personal information, settings, and preferences. It enhances user engagement through personalization and offers easy access to key account features.
The View Profile consists of following features:
To view the profile, perform the following steps.
Log in to the Apex Mobile.
Click to view profile details.

Edit Profile
System administrator manages your user account details.
To edit the user profile, perform the following steps.
In the Profile details section, click Edit Profile.

The User Profile consists of two sections:
Enter the required details and click Submit.
Basic Configuration
The Basic Configuration enables you to personalize various settings and input essential details, enabling you to effectively manage, and tailor your account to your specific needs and preferences.

Enter the required details as mentioned in the following table and click Submit to save the information.
Field | Description |

Landing Page | Select the default landing page from the list. This page will be displayed each time you log in to the Apex Mobile. |
Language | Select the preferred language for the interface and communication. |
Theme | Select from the predefined themes to personalize your experience according to your aesthetic preferences. |
Time Zone | Set your local time zone by clicking on the downward caret icon to select the preferred time zone. |
Date Format | Select the date format type to be displayed in the Apex Mobile. |
Time Format | Select the time format type to be displayed in the Apex Mobile. |
Change Password
The Change Password enables you to enhance security by enabling you to update your current password regularly. This practice helps in protecting your account by ensuring that your password is frequently changed and less vulnerable to unauthorized access.

Enter the required details as mentioned in the following table and click Submit to save the information.
Field | Description |

Current Password | Enter your current Apex Mobile password. |
New Password | Enter new password that you want to set. |
Confirm Password | Re-enter new password for confirmation. |
Reset
Resetting the Apex Mobile clears all Pre-Login data, including saved Pre-Login page data such as selected Role, Instance, and Email ID.
Logout
Logging out of the Apex Mobile will end your current session, requiring you to enter your username and password again the next time you access the app.
Font Size
The Font Size enables you to adjust the size of the text displayed throughout the Apex Mobile. This enhances readability and accessibility, catering to different visual needs and ensuring a more comfortable and user-friendly experience.

The following table describes the various functions you can perform in the Font Size section:

Increase the font size or drag the green bar towards the icon. | |
Decrease the font size or drag the green bar towards the icon. | |
Enables you to revert any changes made to the font size back to the Apex Mobile’s default size. | |
Enables you to save the configured font size as the default. |
Notification
A notification is a bulletin configured by an administrator, which may include announcements or information from the organization's support team. Click the Notification icon to view them.
This feature helps you stay informed about important activities and allows you to manage your notification preferences efficiently.

The notifications are displayed day-wise in accordions along with the notification count per day. You can expand or collapse all the notifications by clicking Expand All or Collapse All on the top right corner of the notifications pop-up.
All the unread notifications have an indicator corresponding to it and once you click and read a notification, then the indicator is no longer visible.
Approval
APPROVAL icon enables you to view the list of pending approvals from the logged-in user. Service Requests, Problem Requests, Change Records, Knowledge Records, and Asset Management Records pending for your approval. All the pending approval actions to be taken are listed in different accordions as per the module. You can expand or collapse all the approvals by clicking Expand All or Collapse All on the top right corner of the approvals pop-up.
