The View widget is available on the list page of the designer this option provides the Application Designer with various actions as explained in the following topics in the Workflow Designer.
Filter
Filter option is available from the select View option on the Workflow Designer list page.
To add a New Filter, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Design Studio > Module > Designer > Workflow Designer.
The Workflow Designer page is displayed.

- Select a module from the list to select a Domain and a Sub Domain.
The displayed list consists of Workflow records corresponding to the selected Domain and Sub Domain.

- Click View arrow to select + Add New View or click Filter icon to view the Filter section.

- Click Add Filter.
The list of elements to filter to filter the record is displayed.
Filter Filter - List
- Select the type of element from the list for which you want to search the records.
- Clickcorresponding to the selected element and select the required condition to filter the records.

- Enter the selected element values and click Apply to filter the records.
The filtered record is displayed based on the selected criteria.

- Click Save as New View to save the created filter.
The Save as New View is displayed.

A confirmation message is displayed.

Search
The search icon provide quick access to a search functionality. It serves as a visual cue to users that they can initiate a search to find specific information based on the requirement. Click icon to search the relevant details from list as displayed in the following figure.

Export
Export functionality enables you to export the relevant data based on the requirement into the excel format.
To export the data details, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Design Studio, select a Module > Designer > Notification Designer.
- Select the required Domain and Sub Domain.
The list of Workflow Designer is displayed.

- Click Export iconto export the current active page or all the the pages. Figure: Export List

- A confirmation message is displayed about the progress of the download.
