Article summary

The View option in the User Management displays the list of Authentication types configured for the specific Domain and Sub Domain.

To view the listing page of the Authentication types, perform the following steps. 

  1.  Navigate to Platform Studio > Access Control Center > Authentication. The page displays the list of Authentications configured for the chosen Domain and Sub Domain.

You can view the list of configured authentications using the following options:

Export 

Upon configuring the templates, according to the requirement, if the user would want to gather the data on an Excel file, the same can be achieved by exporting it to an Excel file. 

To export the list items to Excel, perform the following steps:

  1.  Navigate to Platform Studio > Access Control Center > Authentication.

  2.  Click Export icon . Export to Excel will be displayed.

  3. Click Export to Excel. The options such as export current, or all pages are displayed.Figure:Authentication


  4.  Select either Export Current Page or Export All.

Filters 

The Filter option present in the Authentication screen allows the restriction of content based on specific criteria. 

To add a new Filter, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Platform Studio > Access Control Center > Authentication.  Figure: Filter icon

  2.  Select View. A list of views and an option to add a new view is displayed. Figure: Add Filter

  3. Click Add Filter and create a new filter for the Portal. The screen is displayed as shown below.

  4. Select the filter value and click Apply.

    The table below lists the details of icons available under the View Tab.
    IconDescription
    Indicates Filter icon, if a number is pinned to the icon, it means the count of filters is applied. 
    Indicates Pencil icon, that allows to edit the Filter on View list.
    Indicates the Delete icon, which deletes the view. Upon deleting the following pop-up message is displayed.
    Click Delete.

Search 

The Search option in Authentication helps to easily search configured types from the list page.

Edit

The Edit option in the Authentication is used to amend the configured types.

To Edit the Authentication, perform the following steps. 

  1. Navigate to Access Control Center > Authentication. 

  2. Click the ID to open the Edit menu. Figure: Edit Authentication
    Any alterations to the User can be made and updated.

  3. Check the Column values to display on the grid view and click Save to save the configurations.Figure: Show Columns

    The table provides a detailed view of the list page of the Authentication types. For more information refer to the field description table below.

    IDThis is the unique ID given to the configured Authentication type. 
    DomainDomain name of the Authentication.
    Sub DomainSub Domain name of the Authentication.
