Tree View and Attachment Field Value Mapping

By using the Workflow Designer, the Tree View fields can be mapped. After the conditions are met, the workflow is executed to convert tickets and the Tree View fields are mapped.  

To map the Tree View fields, perform the following steps: 

  1. Navigate to Service Management > Design Studio > Module. Select the required module.
      

  1. Select Workflow Designer and select the form with the Attachment control.
      

  1. Enter all the required details in the General step. 

  1. In the Set Trigger & Conditions step, select the Trigger as Created and add required conditions.  

  1. In the Design Workflow step, drag and drop Create Record. On the Create Record control, click the ellipsis menu and select Configure Properties

  1. On the Configure Properties pop-up window, enter the required details. In the Target option select the form created in Form Relations.

  1. In the Map Fields step, select the Source Form, Source Field and Target Field.

  2. Click Map Values icon. The Map Values pop-up is displayed.

  3. In the Set Values step, map the Source and Target values as required. Click Save to save the properties for the create record control.  

  4. Click Save and Publish the workflow.  

 Attachment Field Value Mapping

By using the Workflow Designer, the attachment fields can be mapped. After the conditions are met, the workflow is executed to convert tickets, and attachments are mapped.  

To map the attachment fields, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Service Management > Design Studio > Module. Select the required module.

  2. Select Workflow Designer and select the form with the Attachment control.  

  3. Enter all the required details in the General step.

  4. In the Set Trigger & Conditions step, select the Trigger as Created and add the required conditions.  

  5. In the Design Workflow step, drag and drop Create Record. On the Create Record control, click the ellipsis menu and select Configure Properties.

  6. On the Configure Properties pop-up window, enter the required details. In the Target option, select the form created in Form Relations.

  7. In the Map Fields step, select the Source Form, Source Field, and Target Field.

  8. In the Set Values step, map the Source and Target values as required. Click Save to save the properties for the create record control.  

  9. Click Save and Publish the workflow.
