Notification Designer provides the functionality to reuse or create the template in various language(s).
To incorporate other languages in your notification, refer to the following:
Click Add to include other language(s) to create localized notification template(s).

A list of language(s) is displayed.

The list displayed are selected and configured in the Global Settings on the Platform Studio.
Figure: Languages in Global SettingsThe selected languages are displayed in the field. Click Add to insert the respective language template in the Notification Designer or Cancel to exit from the language selection screen.

Select the Language (Example: French) and click Reuse English Template.

Bulletins, Table Selection elements, Grids, Action, Approval Grid, Hyperlink that are used in English template will not be copied to the other language template.
For more information about the reuse options, refer to the following:Append
Select French Language and then, Append and click Continue.
Edits will be appended to the end of the template. If the template is blank the content will be copied as displayed in the English template.Figure: Append
As this notification is for Bulletin template, you can add the Bulletin components from the left panel to the template.

Overwrite
Let’s add more information to the English Template and overwrite the same. Consider that you have added new information such as Location details in the English notification template.

Go to French language, select Reuse English Template, then Overwrite and click Continue.

Default Language
If the system is configured with different default language, then as a user you can design the notification according to the default language.
Consider that the system is configured with French as Default Language. You can enter the French text in the Web App.
Note
The First Language displayed on the Notification represents Default. In the following example French is Default language and English is an additional language.

Select English and change the language of the notification by selecting Reuse French Template.

In the following example, as French is the Default language, you will be displayed with Reuse French Template on the additional languages configuration screen.

Upon translating the template, you will be able to see the additional language take its effect in Web App Body.
Note
For already existing templates where English was earlier set as default but later on changed to another language, other than English. In such scenarios, the default language will be first prioritized in the language tab of the notification template and you will not be able to see the data. Which enables you to enter the template details in the default language and Save the template, post which you can see the data in default language.
