Apex 2.0 introduces a modern, AI‑driven platform that unifies Service Management, Asset Management, Automation, AI Services, and Application Services into a single integrated ecosystem.

The platform is designed with a layered architecture that improves scalability, intelligence, configurability, and enterprise interoperability.

At the core of the platform are two business applications—Intelligent Service Management and Asset Management—supported by a powerful  automation, AI, and integration services.

Core Applications

Intelligent Service Management

Intelligent Service Management is the core application of Apex 2.0, delivering a complete, enterprise‑grade IT Service Management (ITSM) suite designed to streamline service delivery and improve operational efficiency. Built on an AI‑driven foundation, it provides end‑to‑end capabilities across Incident, Request, Change, Problem—enabling organizations to standardize service processes and ensure consistent, high‑quality support experiences.

The module brings together structured workflows, rich automation, and actionable intelligence to help service teams handle increasing volumes, reduce operational overhead, and enhance user satisfaction.

Service Management provides robust functionality across the full service lifecycle:

  • Incident Management – Rapidly restore services by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving service disruptions with AI‑powered suggestions and automated triage.

  • Service Request Management – Automate routine user requests with predefined workflows and integrated approvals.

  • Change Management – Govern changes with standardized workflows, impact analysis, CAB processes, and audit trails.

  • Problem Management – Identify root causes, prevent recurrence, and reduce long‑term MTTR with systematic investigation and knowledge capture.

  • Task Management – Break down service work into actionable tasks for better ownership, visibility, and completion tracking.

  • Configuration Management (CMDB) – Maintain a centralized inventory of configuration items (CIs), their attributes, and relationships to support impact assessments and end‑to‑end traceability.

Asset Management

The Asset Management application in Apex 2.0 delivers comprehensive lifecycle management for both IT and non‑IT assets, ensuring complete control from acquisition through deployment, maintenance, optimization, and retirement. As a core component of the platform, Asset Management enables organizations to gain deep insights into asset inventories, financial posture, operational performance, and compliance readiness.

It centralizes asset data across locations, departments, and user groups—ensuring accuracy, auditability, and efficient governance across the enterprise.

Asset Lifecycle Management

Asset Management supports the full asset lifecycle, enabling teams to effectively manage:

  • Procurement & Onboarding – Register and track newly purchased or received assets with vendor, cost, and warranty details.

  • Allocation & Deployment – Assign assets to users, departments, or locations with complete history of transfers and usage.

  • Maintenance & Repair – Track service requests, repairs, replacements, and vendor interactions to reduce downtime.

  • Monitoring & Optimization – Monitor utilization, identify under‑ or over‑used assets, and plan reallocation strategies.

  • Retirement & Disposal – Manage decommissioning, disposal, and data wipe workflows with compliance considerations.

This structured lifecycle approach provides complete visibility into asset behavior, cost, and value over time.

Services Layer

The core applications leverage a robust set of foundational services that deliver intelligence, automation, orchestration, scalability, and extensibility.
