The Service Automation Performance Report is a comprehensive to evaluate the effectiveness and operational impact of automated workflows within a service environment. By detailing key metrics such as workflow name, associated module, ticket handling volumes, skill deployment and success rates, and future skill planning, this report provides a holistic view of automation performance.
To view the Service Automation Automation Performance Report, perform the following steps:
Log in to the Application.
Select Reports to view the reports.

Upon performing this action you can view other options on the report.

For the Field Description, refer to the following table.Field
Description
Workflow Name
The specific name or identifier of the automated process being measured.
Example: Reset Password, Onboard New User.
Module
The functional module where the workflow operates.
Example: Incident, Task, Service Request, Change, Problem etc.
Ticket Count
The total number of tickets or requests processed by the workflow within a given reporting period.
Total Skills
The number of automation skills (scripts, bots, or actions) incorporated within the workflow.
Success Skills
Count of skills within the workflow that executed successfully.
Failure Skills
Number or list of additional skills planned for integration into the workflow to expand functionality, improve success rates, or address business needs.
Success %
The percentage of successful skill executions within the workflow.
Select Enter fullscreen to view the report.

Field Description
The following table describes the options on the report in the SA Dashboard.

Enter fullscreen | Select Enter fullscreen to view the report in a full screen mode. |
View query | Select View query to view the report query in a popup. |
View as table | Select View as table to view the query in a tabular format. |
Drill to detail | Select Drill to detail to view the details at the ID level. |
Share | Click Share and select the below option:
