Dashboards provide a centralized view of multiple charts and enable users to analyze data through interactive visualizations and filters.
Example: An IT Operations team uses an Operations Dashboard to monitor incidents, service requests, change requests, SLA compliance, and workgroup performance from a centralized view. Interactive filters and role-based access help stakeholders analyze operational metrics and make informed decisions based on their assigned responsibilities.
