End Users can create Change Records (CRs) to add, modify, or remove Configuration Items, policies, procedures, or Knowledge Records. CRs can also be triggered by Incidents, Problems, Events, or Service Requests. Once created, CRs are in Draft status and cannot have core fields edited, only additional info.
