The Knowledge Management module empowers End Users to independently resolve issues and get answers through a self-service experience. When users log in to the ITSM platform, the Knowledge Dashboard acts as their centralized hub for exploring helpful articles and interacting with content curated by the organization. An end user can view the dashboard.
