End Users

Managing User Account

On the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT page, you can reset password, unlock account, and update user details.

To manage user account:

1. Select Admin > Password Management > Account Management.

2. On the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT page, specify the Domain and Login Name. Click on the respective icon to Reset Password, Unlock Account, and Update User Details.

3. Click SUBMIT.

Following are the different actions you can perform on the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT page:

• Reset Password

• Unlock Account

• Update User Details

• Updating Security Questions
