Enterprise Knowledge Search is a powerful feature within Apex Copilot that enables users to search for and access knowledge articles, directly through a conversational interface. This tool is designed to empower end users to resolve common IT and business related queries on their own quickly, efficiently, and without waiting for IT support intervention.

With Enterprise Knowledge Search, Apex Copilot assistance transforms how users access and leverage organizational knowledge. It enables quick self-resolution, empowers users, and optimizes support by reducing the volume of repetitive queries to service desk teams.

To Search for Knowledge Base article, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the application.

  2. Click Copilot AI Assistant icon on the bottom screen.

  3. Enter the query and click on the send icon .
    Example: What are the top three company travel policies?. Based on the given query, an output is displayed.
