List Approve and Reject Service Request

You can retrieve list of SRs through the Copilot which are in the Pending Approval Status. The Copilot will provide details such as SR number and their Categories. That you can view and Approve / Reject an SR.

To the list and approve from the of pending approvals, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to the application as an Approver.

2. Click Copilot AI Assistant icon on the bottom screen.

3. Enter the query and click on the send icon .
   Example: Retrieve list of SRs for Approval.

4. To approve any SR, prompt the Copilot Assistant as “Approve SR<ID>”.
   The Copilot Assistance will prompt back for confirmation. Upon confirming, SR is approved.

   Note

   Similarly, you can prompt the Copilot Assistant to Reject any SR.
