Location-Wise Approvers

You can configure Approvers to approve Asset movement for a selected location.

To configure Location-Wise Approvers, perform the following steps:

Navigate to Asset > Others > Movement Configuration.
The Movement Configuration page is displayed.

On the MOVEMENT CONFIGURATION page, select the Asset Movement for which you want to configure the Approver. Click CONFIGURE APPROVER on the ACTIONS panel.
The Approval Configuration page is displayed.

On the LOCATION WISE APPROVER pop-up page, fill in the required details. For more information about fields on the LOCATION WISE APPROVER pop-up page, see Field Description.
Click SUBMIT.
A new Location-Wise Approver is configured.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the LOCATION WISE APPROVER pop-up page:

Field	Description
Department	Select the Department from the list.
Approver	Select the Approver name. Click the Search icon to search for the user whom you want to configure as approver for the selected Department and location
Approver Type	Select the Approver type from the list.
Location	Lists all the configured Locations for the selected Tenant. Click the Search icon, LOCATIONS pop-up page is displayed. You can use the Expand icon to view the locations in the location tree. Select the Location from the list.
Active	Indicates the status set for the Location-Wise Approver configuration. If selected, the Location-Wise Approver configuration is active. If cleared, the Location-Wise Approver configuration is inactive.
Super Approver Details	Allows you to configure Super Approver for the Asset movement for the selected location.
Super Approver	Select the name of the Super Approver.
Active	Indicates the status set for the Location-Wise Super Approver configuration. If selected, the Location-Wise Super Approver configuration is active. If cleared, the Location-Wise Super Approver configuration is inactive.
Movement Approver Details	Displays the Approver details.
Approver	Displays the name of the Approver.
Approver Location	Displays the location of the Approver.
Approver Type	Displays the type of the Approver.
Email ID	Displays the e-mail id of the Approver.
Location	Displays the location of the Approver.
Customer	Displays the name of Customer to which the Approver belongs.
Active	Displays the status of the Approver.
