To configure the conference call feature, the User needs to set the Master values. The User can configure a set of common values for conference calls.
To add Master Configuration, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Admin > Notifications > General > Master Configuration. The Master Configuration page is displayed.
Specify the required information on the Details section of the Master Configuration page and click Submit.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the Master Configuration page:
Fields | Description |
Voice Type | Select Man, Woman or Alice as the voice type. |
Language | Select the language from the drop-down list. |
Welcome Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate on connecting the call. |
Validation Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate, if the participant tries to join an outdated conference call. |
No Input Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate when no input is provided by the participant. |

This section explains all the icons displayed on the right Actions panel of the Master Configuration page.
Show List
Click Show List to display the List table showing all the configured Conference Calls for the selected Module and Department.
