Steps:

To view the Microsoft EA - Eligible Devices Summary report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Search or Select the report name.
    The Dashboard page is displayed.

    Bookmark

    Specifies a custom label or grouping used to categorize devices for reporting and tracking.

    Count

    Specifies the total number of eligible devices in each category.

Filters

Use filter icon to refine the report results based on selected criteria and display only relevant records.

Enter the details as described in the following table and click Apply filters to view the report or Clear all to reset the filters.

Field

Description

Business Unit

Enter and select the business unit from the list. Allows filtering the report by organizational unit (example, Sales, Finance, IT)."

Country of Use

Select the name of the country where the asset is currently in used is displayed.

Environment

Select the name of the environment from the list.

Bookmark

Enter and select the Bookmark from the list.

Count

Enter and select the count from the list.
