The My Service Request Details page displays the details of the created SR. The end user can view the updates on the created service request.
To view My Service Request Details, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Request > User > My Service Requests. The My Service Requests List page is displayed.

Click and open the SR ID hyperlink to view the SR details.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the Service Request Details page:
Field | Description |
Details | Specifies the details of the service request such as department, source, status, log time, service category, catalog description, priority, impact, response and resolution times, attachments, description and much more. |
Approval Details | Displays the approval timelines and the approver details who approved the service request. |
Approval Attachment Grid | Displays the approval attachments details for the service request. |
Default Group | Displays the default group or the workgroup the user is part of. |
Action Panel
The following table describes the fields on the Action Panel on the Service Request Details page.
Field | Description |
Click Print to print the Service Request details. | |
Change History | Displays the history of all the changes made on the Service Request. |
Chat History | Displays the history of all the chats available for the Service Request. |
Reopen Request | Click Reopen request if you wish to reopen the closed service request. |
Close Request | Click Close request if you wish to close the service request. |
Cancel Request | Click Cancel request if you wish to cancel the service request. |
Support Document | Displays the support documents, knowledge articles, or any other relevant documents related to the service request. |
Send Notification | Click Send Notification to approver to send approval notification through emails. |
Export to PDF | Click Export to PDF if you wish to save the service request details in PDF format. |
