What is Survey?

A Survey is a Customer Satisfaction Survey designed specifically for End Users. The responses gathered from these surveys serve as a valuable tool for assessing the quality of resolutions provided by Analysts. You can share your feedback on the surveys through the SURVEY page.

To complete the Survey, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Request > User > Survey. The Survey List page is displayed.

  1. Click the desired Survey from the Survey List.

  2. Complete the CSAT Survey to provide feedback on HR and IT policies and click SUBMIT.
