Tracking Analyst Location (GPS needs to be enabled)

The Analyst's exact location can be tracked.

Click the Red color Location icon next to Assigned To field on the Incident Details page to view the Analyst's location in google map.

This icon is available if the key “<add key="App:ShowAnalystLocationPopup" value="true"/>” is enabled.

When you log into the Mobile Application as an Analysts, the app asks for GPS permission. If you click Allow, the latitude and longitude information along with your location are captured.

Note

Incidents do not get auto‐assigned to Analysts based on Analysts' Location.
