The Upload Attachment action uploads one or more attachments to an existing record in the selected table. You can specify the target record and provide the attachment details to associate the file with the record.
Configure Upload Attachment
Configure the Upload Attachment action by selecting the required connection and table, specifying the target record, and providing the attachment details.
To create a Apex Record, perform the following steps:
Click
(Add Step) and navigate to Apps > APEX > Upload Attachment.
The Upload Attachment App Action page is displayed.

Connection
The Apex Connection enables the Integration Platform to securely communicate with the Apex application. Once configured, the connection can be selected and reused across multiple integration flows and Apex connector actions.

Inputs
Inputs define the values required to execute the selected connector action. You can enter static values or map outputs from previous steps in the integration flow.

Table
Select the Incident or Service Request table to perform the selected action. Currently, only these tables are supported by the Apex connector. Based on the selected table, you can selected the instance code from the list.
Ticket No
Specifies the ticket number of the record from which the attachment is retrieved.
File Name
Specify the name of the attachment to retrieve. You can enter a static value or map it from a previous step.
Content Type
Specifies the MIME type of the attachment (for example, application/pdf or image/jpeg). This field is optional.
Base64-Content
Specifies the attachment content encoded in Base64 format.
Test & outputs
Use the Test option to validate the connector configuration before deploying the integration flow. The test executes the configured action using the specified inputs and displays the execution result.

Click Run Test to execute the configured action and verify the connector configuration.
