Verifying Scanned Assets that are not Verified and Setting Appropriate Statuses

To verify the scanned Assets that are not verified and set appropriate statuses, perform the following steps:

1. On the Home screen, tap the Asset Physical Verification icon.

2. Click Asset listed in Pending for Approval to view the details of the Asset.
   

3. Select Found or Not found from Asset Status drop‐down list to update the Asset status.
   

4. Click Save to save it as a draft or Approve to complete the Physical Verification for the Asset.
