The Standard Change Template Import Popup now shows template expiry. Analysts can view the expiry date of standard change templates within the import template selection popup page.
This feature helps users identify whether a template is still valid and provides greater transparency when reviewing available standard change templates. The system displays expired templates for reference, but users cannot select them to create a change record.
Key Enhancements
Expiry Date Visibility
The system includes a new Expiry Date column in the Standard Change Template Import popup page. This allows users to easily determine when a template expires and assess its validity before use.
Include Expired Templates Option
An Include Expired Templates checkbox is available in the upper-right corner of the import popup. When selected, the system displays both active and expired standard change templates.
Expired Template Identification
An Expired badge distinguishes expired templates from active templates and displays alongside the template information.
Read-Only Access to Expired Templates
The system displays expired templates for informational purposes only. Users can review these templates in the list but cannot select them for import.
To view the Expired Date template on the import standard template popup page, perform the following:
Log in to the Application as an Analyst.
Navigate to Change > User > New Change Record.
Select a Department that has a configured Standard Change Template.
Select Change Type value to Standard from the dropdown.
The system displays the Standard Import Template popup.
Select Include Expired Templates checkbox located in the top-right corner.
The popup displays all expired templates along with active templates. You can differentiate expired templates by the Expired badge.
