View and Update List of Workgroup Incidents

You can view and update a list of Workgroup Incidents assigned to a Workgroup.

To view and update Workgroup Incidents, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Workgroup Incidents icon.

  2. Tap the Filter icon to view the Workgroup Incidents based on the Workgroup, Status, Customer, Location, To and From Dates, Incident ID, and Caller.

  3. Tap the Incident that you want to view or update. The Incident details are displayed.

  4. You can provide required information about the Incident in respective tabs and then tap SUBMIT. For more information on tabs, see Field Description under Viewing and Updating Assigned Incidents.
