Automation Performance report offers comprehensive insights into automation performance, including completion rates, total skills and request volumes. By analyzing these metrics, users can assess automation success, adoption rates and overall capabilities.
Navigation - Reports Menu
Navigate to Orchestration > User > Orchestration.
Click the hamburger icon from the left panel, to expand the MENU.
Click the Reports option to access View Reports as shown below.

View Automation Performance Report
To view the Automation Performance Report in Service Automation application, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Menu > Reports > View Reports > Automation Performance.
The Automation Performance report page is displayed.Figure: Automation Performance report
View and examine the details displayed in the report. For more information on columns, refer to the Field Description table below.
Field Description
This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions available on the Automation Performance report page:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Workflow Name | Displays the name of the Workflow considered for the performance analysis. |
Module | Displays the Module name which is the trigger point for the Workflow. |
Ticket Count | Represents the number of Incident/SR/WO attached to the Workflow. |
Total Skills | Represents the total number of skills executed in the Workflow. |
Success Skills | Represents the number of skills executed successfully with respect to total skills. |
Failure Skills | Represents the number of skills that encountered failure with respect to total skills. |
Success % | Represents the value of Success Skills/ Total Skills *100. |
Actions
Let’s understand each action button present on the Automation Performance report page in detail.

Upon clicking Period bar, the Time and Date Period options are displayed. Select the required time period criteria and click Apply to get respective record details.

| Export to Excel- Exports the current page records. Export All to Excel- Exports all the existing records. |
