147038 | The Data Source for the Task module cannot be edited in the Field Mapping Configurations screen. | Steps: Navigate to Orchestration > User > Orchestration.
Click Menu and navigate to Integrations > Manage Integrations > Field Mapping. The Field Mapping page is displayed.
Click the Task - Module Name. From the Data Source drop-down, search CI List under Caller field and map it to CI Text, Value. Click Save.

147086 | The Map to CI functionality under Content Parser is not enabled for the Change Management (CM) and Task modules. | Steps: Navigate to Orchestration > User > Orchestration.
Click Menu and navigate to Workflows > Manage Workflows > New Workflow. The Workflow Configuration pop-up is displayed.
Under Content Parser & Condition Configuration section, in the Content Parser tab, specify the Parser Type as line.
