Integrations

Integrations section of the Service Automation application is designed to streamline the connection and synchronization between the platform and other systems you use. This segment includes sub-pages for managing IT Service Management (ITSM) integrations, configuring data sources, and setting up field mappings.

1. ITSM

   The ITSM Integrations page enables you to connect Service Automation application with IT Service Management systems. This integration helps in automating ticketing processes, incident management, and other ITSM-related tasks.
   

2. Data Sources

   The Data Sources page allows you to configure and manage the various data sources the application uses. Proper setup of data sources ensures accurate and efficient data retrieval and integration.
   

3. Field Mapping

   Field Mapping Configurations enable you to align data fields between the application and external systems. This ensures that data is accurately transferred and synchronized between platforms.
