Apart from the system defined extensions, new extensions is defined in Attachment Properties of Global Settings in order to display across the custom file upload controls. These new Extensions must be added in the Attachment Properties and they will take effect after CR approval.
To configure Attachment Properties, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Platform Studio > Platform Topology > Global Settings > Attachment Properties.
Attachment Properties screen is displayed.

Enter the Extension separated by comma.

The newly added extension will reflect across the custom file upload controls after approving the CR(Change Request).
Click Update to have the changes reflect in the Global Settings or Cancel to discard the your changes.
