Tree View and Attachment Field Value Mapping
The Business Rule Designer allows you to map the Tree View and Attachment fields. After the conditions are met, the business rule is executed to convert tickets, and the Tree View and Attachment fields are mapped.
To map the tree view and attachment fields, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Service Management > Design Studio > Module. Select the required module.
Select Business Rule Designer and select the form with the Tree View and Attachment controls.
Enter all the required details in the General step.
In the Trigger step, select Created for Trigger when Transaction Record is and After for Process Business Rule.
In the Condition step, select Always.
In the Actions step, select Create Record, Execute – Every Time. In the Select Record dropdown, select the form created in the Form Relations.

Click Publish to save the Business Rule.
