Medium

Currently Email and Web App are the mediums through which Bulletins are hosted. Email medium for Bulletin delivery, offers direct communication to recipients inboxes. With email, organizations can tailor Bulletins to individual recipients, enhancing personalization and relevance. Web applications offer a centralized platform for hosting Bulletins, providing users with a convenient hub for information dissemination. Through intuitive interfaces, users can easily navigate and engage with Bulletins, accessing updates within the context of their workflow.

Prerequisite

To select the Medium for Bulletin, complete General configuration. For more information, refer to General.

Medium

The Mediums displayed on the configuration screen depends on the Mediums configured on the Bulletin template. Hence, based on the selected template the list of Mediums are displayed.

To configure medium, perform the following steps:

1.  Select Medium(s).Figure: Add Bulletin
   
   
   Note

   If the template is configured with only two mediums namely Email and WebApp then only the two Mediums will be displayed while selecting Medium for Bulletin.
2.  Click Next to continue the configuration.
   This action will change the configuration screen to schedule a Bulletin, where the Bulletin is published at the defined time.
