Schedule

To ensure that Bulletins are imported at the right time, they are aligned with schedules for distribution or publication. This is important for timely dissemination of information to relevant recipients.

Note

If you have selected two mediums such as Email and Web App, then two schedule fields for each medium are displayed.

Schedule

Based on the selected medium(s) the schedule  configuration screen is displayed. To configure, perform the following steps:

1.  Enter the schedule details in the fields for the selected Medium(s).

   Field	Description
   Web App
   From Date	Select the date and time by clicking calendar icon for the Bulletin to start appearing on the web application. Figure: From Date
   To Date	Select date and time by clicking calendar icon for up to last appearance of Bulletin on the web application. Figure: To Date
   Email
   Send Now	Enable the switch to send the Email Bulletin immediately. By default, this is always disabled. Figure: Schedule Email Note Upon enabling Send Now, the Schedule Date field is disabled and you will not be able to select a value.
   Schedule Date	Select date and time for sending the Email Bulletin.

2.  Click Next to continue the configuration.
   This action will change the configuration screen to Template screen, where the details are configured.
