Harness the Power of Change Types!
Change Type classifies change request based on the requirement. It assists in organizing and managing changes effectively by providing a standardized way to identify different types of changes within an organization. You can configure or modify the Change Types for Change Records (CRs) within a Tenant. You can add a new Change Type and map it to a configured Source Change Type.
