Content Placeholder is one of the notification designer element within the Email medium. This is a content block where you can add text or image within. It enables the content inside the block to embed as image, consider as PDF attachment or render as HTML when an email is sent using the template.
To configure Content Placeholder, perform the following steps:
Drag and drop Content Placeholder notification element on the Email Body of the notification template.

Only one Content Placeholder can be used on the Notification Template.
insert image or add content within the Content Placeholder.

Select Convert Content Placeholder as value from the dropdown. By default Render as HTML is selected.
The following options are displayed:Consider as PDF Attachment
Embed as Image
Render as HTML
Let’s consider the above options when used on the Notification Template.
Consider as PDF Attachment
Select the Consider as PDF Attachment from the dropdown.

Note
The content inside the block is converted to an attachment in the Email.
Send an email using this notification template which is selected with an option Consider as PDF Attachment. An email is sent with block content converted to PDF attachment.

Embed as Image
Select Embed as Image from the dropdown.Figure: Embed as Image
Send an email using this notification template which is selected with an option Embed as Image. An email is sent with block content displaying as Image.

Render as HTML
Select Render as HTML from the dropdown.

Send an email using this notification template which is selected with an option Render as HTML. An email is sent with block content as viewed on template with no changes.
