In the Report Designer and Dashboard pages, the Analyst was not able to schedule the reports or dashboards, after enabling the Schedule toggle button. The step 4 Schedule was not displayed when the Analyst clicked on Update or Next button. Hence, the set date and time pop-up was not displayed after enabling the Schedule button.

Analyst can now schedule the Reports / Dashboard and set the specific date and time successfully after enabling the Schedule button on the Report Designer and Dashboard pages.

Incidents are displaying correctly as expected in search result for the Caller Name value.

In the workflow, the set value for the Workgroup field was not displaying data; however, after reconfiguring it, the data was shown correctly.

Workgroup field now displays data correctly without requiring reconfiguration.

When service portal was created and graphs like bar graphs or pie graphs were added, the Filter set that was added did not show up.

The issue occurred when X-axis was selected as date/time.

Filter set works fine on service portal.
