The following need to be defined to create Role Template at Platform Level.
General Role Template Details
This is the first step in defining a Role Template. It can be configured by adding a unique name and description to define the purpose of your new Role Template.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name* | Specify a name and define the purpose of the role. This provides clarity to the reason for creating a role template. |
| Description | Give a brief description of the role. The description provides more information on the Role Template creation. |
| Domain* | Choose the appropriate Domain for which the role is being set. This can be chosen from the drop down menu. |
| Sub Domain* | Choose the appropriate Sub Domain for which the role is being set. The subdomain is based on the domain selected. |
| Role* | The roles are to be selected from the drop down menu. For example, ITSM App designer, ITAM App designer. |
| Active | Enable the Active button if the Role Template has to be displayed. |
