Overview

Collection of users with a similar interest defines a Group! 

User Group approves Change Request, handles Incidents, and performs Work Order tasks assigned to them. Any modifications to Transaction Record Attributes, User Attributes, Roles, or Business Rules, reflect only for the specific User Group.

For example Application Designer can create a Network Group or Human Resources Group and assign roles to Group rather than to each user.
