The Knowledge Base page displays all published articles available to end users. You can search for articles and access the information contained within them.

In Knowledge Base, you can perform the following functions:

View Knowledge Article

You can view the Knowledge Article, Troubleshooting Steps, Attached Video, and Attachments. The article is read-only and cannot be edited.

To view the knowledge base page, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge > Knowledge Record > Knowledge Base.
    The list of Knowledge articles is displayed.

  2. Click Knowledge Article ID hyperlink to view the Knowledge Article details.
    The Knowledge Article details page is displayed.

Provide Feedback

You can provide your feedback on this Knowledge Base article to help us improve its content and usability.

To provide feedback, perform the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Knowledge > Knowledge Record > Knowledge Base.
    The Knowledge Base List page is displayed.

  2. Click Knowledge widget to view the Knowledge details page.
    The Knowledge Article details page is displayed.

  3. Click to view provide the feedback.
    The Provide Feedback page is displayed.

  4. Provide Feedback and click Save.
