NovaTech organized a conference where they noticed a decline in attendee satisfaction levels over the past few events. Attendees express dissatisfaction with various aspects such as session content, venue facilities, networking opportunities, and overall event organization. This dissatisfaction is impacting attendance rates and the reputation of the conference. To address this issue, NovaTech decides to implement a structured feedback mechanism. | App designer, Sam, strategically configures Likert scale surveys to effectively gather insights from conference attendees.
