The Export to PDF feature has been enhanced to improve data completeness, accuracy, and reliability when exporting request and catalog records. The improvements focus on ensuring relevant fields are consistently included in the exported PDF, resolving missing data issues, and handling edge cases such as inactive users and closed records.
The exported PDF uses a fixed two column layout: Displays clear, readable labels and values.

If the user lacks permission to view History, the Export to PDF action is hidden or disabled.
When the Export to PDF action is triggered, the system directly downloads the PDF and no user selection is provided for choosing fields, groups, or tabs. Long histories paginate correctly and remain readable, basic header shows module and record ID/title.
