Medium stepper in the Notification Designer is displayed based on the configuration initiation on the list page.
If the Notification Designer is configured using New on the list page. Then Email, SMS, and MS Teams Mediums are displayed in the Medium Stepper.

If the Notification Designer is configured using Clone icon option from the Bulletin Template, then Email, SMS, MS Teams and WebApp are displayed.

Note
SMS and Microsoft Teams is not supported for now, it will be available in later releases.
Click Next.
The configuration screen is navigated to Template stepper.
