Medium

Select a Medium for sending notifications, each Medium can have notifications designed according to supported display formats. Supported mediums include Email, SMS, and MS Teams.

• Email: Notifications sent and received via electronic mail systems over the internet or local networks. 

• SMS (Short Message Service): Notifications as text messages sent to mobile devices.

• Microsoft Teams: Platform for sending real-time notifications within teams and organizations.

To configure Medium of notification template, perform the following steps:

1. Select Medium.
   An option to select the desired Medium(s) is displayed.

   Field	Description
   Email	Select Email to configure the Notification Template which will include Subject and Email Body format.
   SMS	Select SMS to configure the Notification Template which includes SMS Body format.
   Microsoft Teams	Select Microsoft Teams, which will provide Adaptive Card features to send notifications.

   Note

   At least one Medium must be selected to proceed with the configuration.

2.  Click Next.
   This action will navigate the screen to the Design template.
