Scheduling Stability: Keeping Your Assets Up to Date with CMDB Maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance in CMDB refers to planned activities aimed at ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data stored within the CMDB. This includes scheduled tasks and processes designed to maintain the integrity of configuration items (CIs) and the CMDB itself.

User persona: Administrator

Configure Schedule Maintenance

To configure Schedule Maintenance, perform the following steps:

1. Select CMDB > Schedule Maintenance.

2. Click New to Schedule Maintenance. Figure: Configure Schedule Maintenance
   
   
3.  Specify the Tenant from the drop-down list and select the From Date and To Date for which you want to log a scheduled maintenance window. Enter the reason/remarks in the Remarks field.
   
   
4.  Click Save to save the configuration for the Schedule Maintenance.
