Templates

The designed SMS Notification is saved as a Template. Upon performing this action the Template is reflected in the Template List on the left panel.

To save the SMS notification design as a Template, perform the following steps:

1. Click Save as Template.

2. Enter the Template Name and click Save.

3. The saved template is displayed in the Templates section.

4. Click vertical ellipsis to perform other actions on the configured template.

   •  Rename: After selecting Rename, Update Template pop-up window is displayed. Make the required changes and click Update for the changes to effect, or Cancel to exit from the pop-up window without any changes.

   • Delete: Click Delete to delete the template from the Template list or Cancel to reject the delete template action.
